I learned about loving yourself and your neighbours.
One of the commandments God gave us is to “Love your neighbours as you love yourself”. It’s already assuming that we love ourselves. But without loving yourself, how can we love others?
So the first step to loving others is to love yourself.

I went to work expecting calamity - as per usual. But it was actually a pleasant day at the bux. I actually enjoyed myself. I was worried that when I got home I would actually be in need of a strong drink, but that was not the case. I drank regardless though hehe.
